El vehicle es posar\u00e0 a prova aquest any, en diferents pilots a Esplugues de Llobregat, Hamburg (Alemanya) i Debrecen (Hongria).<\/h4><br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/ADD-CARNET-UPC-web.jpg\" alt=\"ADD-CARNET-UPC-web\" \/><br>full<br>center<br><br><br>L\\&#8217;Autonomous Delivery Device (ADD) es posar\u00e0 a prova en diferents pilots i s\\&#8217;usar\u00e0 per automatizar la log\u00edstica d\u2019\u00faltima milla\r<br>El prototip ADD, dissenyat sota la coordinaci\u00f3 de CARNET, es va presentar per primera vegada el 16 de desembre passat, en una reuni\u00f3 de socis industrials que va tenir lloc al rectorat de la UPC\r<br>L\\&#8217;objectiu del projecte ADD \u00e9s analitzar com els dispositius de lliurament aut\u00f2noms poden millorar la distribuci\u00f3 urbana de b\u00e9ns en el seu conjunt, quantificar els impactes potencials i fer proves en entorns reals de ciutat.\r<br>La distribuci\u00f3 de productes a les \u00e0rees metropolitanes ha augmentat en els darrers anys en valors absoluts, freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies i requisits de qualitat. En el futur, el creixement del comer\u00e7 electr\u00f2nic i les noves caracter\u00edstiques de les cadenes de subministrament (just a temps, estoc zero, lliurament en franges temporals cada cop m\u00e9s ajustades) pressionaran encara m\u00e9s la distribuci\u00f3 f\u00edsica de mercaderies a les zones urbanes concorregudes.\r<br>Des de la perspectiva de la ciutat, la distribuci\u00f3 urbana de b\u00e9ns genera diversos efectes negatius, empitjorant l\u2019habitabilitat de les zones urbanes en termes de congesti\u00f3, qualitat de l\\&#8217;aire, contaminaci\u00f3 ac\u00fastica, \u00fas del s\u00f2l p\u00fablic i deteriorament del paviment.\r<br>Els episodis de congesti\u00f3 urbana, l\\&#8217;escassetat de places d\\&#8217;aparcament de c\u00e0rrega i desc\u00e0rrega de vehicles comercials i la normativa local fan que la gesti\u00f3 de la distribuci\u00f3 urbana de mercaderies tingui un cost molt elevat per a les empreses log\u00edstiques. S\u2019estima que els costos de l\u2019\u00faltima milla (l\u2019\u00faltim tram de la cadena de subministrament entre el centre de distribuci\u00f3 i el client final) representen fins a un 40 % dels costos totals de transport o m\u00e9s del 20 % de la pol\u00b7luci\u00f3 a les ciutats.\r<br>El desplegament de vehicles aut\u00f2noms comportaria una reassignaci\u00f3 important dels costos del transportista i faria el servei m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic i eficient que amb vehicles convencionals. De fet, aquests vehicles poden funcionar en hores baixes o fins i tot en per\u00edode nocturn, quan hi ha menys congesti\u00f3. En aquest sentit, moltes empreses ja estan introduint al mercat robots aut\u00f2noms de lliurament (ADD, per les sigles en angl\u00e8s d\u2019Autonomous Delivery Device) amb l\u2019objectiu de reduir els costos d\u2019operacions. Encara que alguns serveis de lliurament aut\u00f2nom s\\&#8217;estan assajant en entorns p\u00fablics, aquestes iniciatives s\u00f3n clarament minorit\u00e0ries i la majoria dels projectes pilot es troben actualment desplegats en entorns controlats.\r<br>En aquest context, la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya \u00b7 BarcelonaTech (UPC) i <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/carnetbarcelona.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CARNET<\/a> \u2013el hub de recerca sobre la mobilitat del futur, coordinat pel <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 i Tecnologia (CIT-UPC)<\/a> \u2013 han dissenyat i fabricat un prototip d\u2019ADD apropiat per moure\u2019s en entorns urbans. CARNET, fundat per la Universitat, VW Group Research i SEAT l\u2019any 2014, compta amb una quinzena de socis industrials. El prototip ADD, dissenyat sota la coordinaci\u00f3 de CARNET, es va presentar per primera vegada el 16 de desembre passat, en una reuni\u00f3 de socis industrials que va tenir lloc al rectorat de la UPC. El vehicle aut\u00f2nom circula a un m\u00e0xim de 20 km\/h, t\u00e9 unes mides de 170 cm x 110 cm x 100 cm, porta sis rodes i pot pujar o baixar escales de fins a 20 cm d\u2019altura.\r<br>El projecte de l\u2019ADD va comen\u00e7ar l\u2019any 2017 amb l\u2019estudi \u2018Logistic Service\u2019, desenvolupat per l\u2019<a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/camins.upc.edu\/ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Escola T\u00e8cnica Superior d\u2019Enginyeria de Camins, Canals i Ports de Barcelona (ETSECCPB)<\/a> de la UPC, on es va conceptualitzar el servei log\u00edstic amb ADD, es van identificar les necessitats del vehicle i es van analitzar les potencialitats i impactes dels robots aut\u00f2noms. L\u2019any 2019 es van portar a terme diferents estudis sobre els segons usos que poden tenir aquests vehicles. Es va concloure que l\u2019ADD, addicionalment a les tasques de repartiment, podria analitzar la qualitat del paviment o de l\u2019aire gr\u00e0cies a les dades que provenen dels sensors del vehicle, conjuntament amb un algoritme de visi\u00f3 per ordinador.<br>Main Text<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/reunio-socis-industrials-CARNET-rectorat-ADD-web.jpg\" alt=\"reunio-socis-industrials-CARNET-rectorat-ADD-web\" \/><br>full<br><br>Un projecte iniciat el 2018\r<br>L\u2019actual prototip es va comen\u00e7ar a dissenyar l\u2019any 2018, amb una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre experts de CARNET i R\u00fccker Lypsa, actualment EDAG, una empresa industrial s\u00f2cia. Aquests darrers anys s\u2019han anat desenvolupant la plataforma funcional, el 2020; i la carcassa de sobre i el servei de lliurament, el 2021.\r<br>Anteriorment, en la cinquena edici\u00f3 del programa Creative Lab de l\u2019Escola Superior d\u2019Enginyeries Industrial, Aeroespacial i Audiovisual de Terrassa (ESEIAAT), el 2019, es va definir el sistema de comunicaci\u00f3 entre l\u2019ADD, les persones usu\u00e0ries i la ciutadania que interactu\u00efn amb els vehicles aut\u00f2noms al carrer. Creative Lab \u00e9s una iniciativa docent universitat-empresa pionera a l\u2019Estat, que t\u00e9 com a objectiu la generaci\u00f3, per part de l\\&#8217;estudiantat, de noves idees que redissenyin el concepte de vehicle urb\u00e0 i el desenvolupament d\u2019un nou concepte de mobilitat a la ciutat. Els estudiants, agrupats en equips multidisciplinaris, treballen en diferents reptes proposats per enginyers de SEAT i Volkswagen Group Innovation, guiats i dirigits per professorat de l\u2019Escola i professionals de l\u2019empresa.\r<br>Aix\u00ed mateix, un estudi fet el 2021 per l\u2019Escola de Camins de Barcelona, ha analitzat els diferents models de centres urbans de consolidaci\u00f3 de mercaderies.\r<br>Actualment, l\u2019Institut de Rob\u00f2tica i Inform\u00e0tica Industrial (IRI) \u2013centre mixt format per la UPC i el Consell Superior d\u2019Investigacions Cient\u00edfiques (CSIC)\u2013 treballa en els sensors del robot, sota la coordinaci\u00f3 del professor i investigador Alberto San Feliu. Aquest any, l\u2019ADD s\\&#8217;assajar\u00e0 en tres entorns reals: inicialment, a Esplugues de Llobregat, despr\u00e9s a Hamburg (Alemanya) i, finalment, a Debrecen (Hongria).
