Els convertidors proposats, instal\u00b7lats en diverses ubicacions \u00f2ptimes, poden facilitar una integraci\u00f3 massiva de les energies renovables evitant la congesti\u00f3 de la xarxa i permeten la prestaci\u00f3 de funcionalitats tant als usuaris finals com a la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3.\r<br>iPLUG s\u2019emmarca en el programa Horizon Europe i est\u00e0 dirigit des del CITCEA pels professors Oriol Gomis Bellmunt i Marc Cheah Ma\u00f1\u00e9. Amb un pressupost total de quasi 2,5 milions d\u2019euros, dels quals 600.000 euros corresponen al CITCEA, en el projecte hi participa un consorci format per cinc universitats o centres de recerca i tres empreses, d\u2019Espanya, el Regne Unit, Su\u00e8cia, It\u00e0lia i S\u00e8rbia. La primera reuni\u00f3 per al llan\u00e7ament del projecte va tenir lloc a l\u2019Escola T\u00e8cnica Superior d\u2019Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona (ETSEIB) els dies 22 i 23 de setembre.<br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><h4>Modernitzaci\u00f3 de la xarxa el\u00e8ctrica<\/h4><br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br>La Uni\u00f3 Europea t\u00e9 com a fita que les energies renovables cobreixin el 40 % del consum l\\&#8217;any 2030, amb la intenci\u00f3 d\\&#8217;assolir objectius molt m\u00e9s alts per a l\\&#8217;any 2050. La xarxa de distribuci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica moderna est\u00e0 cada cop m\u00e9s dominada per fonts d\\&#8217;energia renovables. Hi ha una tend\u00e8ncia a augmentar la penetraci\u00f3 de les renovables a nivells sense precedents. En concret, dins de la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3 s\\&#8217;estan instal\u00b7lant petites centrals per vendre energia als mercats i diverses grans ind\u00fastries estan integrant les renovables a les seves instal\u00b7lacions. \r<br>A m\u00e9s, molts consumidors dom\u00e8stics, comercials i industrials estan instal\u00b7lant energies renovables per reduir la seva demanda i ser autosuficients. Conseq\u00fcentment, la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3 moderna s\u2019enfronta a reptes importants, com ara la necessitat d\\&#8217;integrar quantitats massives de renovables i unitats d\u2019emmagatzematge i c\u00e0rregues a la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3 de baixa i mitjana tensi\u00f3, i de connectar generadors de corrent altern i corrent continu. Per tant, s\u2019han de trobar solucions que permetin connexions h\u00edbrides.<br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><h4>Nova generaci\u00f3 de convertidors multiport<\/h4><br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br>L\u2019objectiu del projecte iPLUG \u00e9s dissenyar una nova generaci\u00f3 de convertidors multiport i desenvolupar les metodologies per localitzar, dimensionar, operar i controlar m\u00faltiples convertidors en xarxes de distribuci\u00f3 amb alta penetraci\u00f3 de renovables i diverses c\u00e0rregues de corrent altern i corrent continu. Es preveu que els resultats d\u2019iPLUG no nom\u00e9s aportin un impacte positiu en el sector el\u00e8ctric, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en el transport i en els edificis, entre d\\&#8217;altres.  \r<br>El CITCEA de la UPC s\u2019encarrega de desenvolupar metodologies per optimitzar les dimensions dels convertidors multiport i la seva localitzaci\u00f3 dins de casos d\u2019\u00fas espec\u00edfics on puguin existir oportunitats de negoci. A m\u00e9s, s\u2019implementaran models din\u00e0mics i controls per diferents tipus de convertidors multiport i s\u2019estudiar\u00e0 el seu impacte en l\u2019estabilitat de la xarxa el\u00e8ctrica.
