La Comissi\u00f3 Europea promou el desenvolupament de solucions que donin resposta als reptes de la gesti\u00f3 de les xarxes de distribuci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica del futur sistema energ\u00e8tic basat en fonts renovables. Una quota cada vegada m\u00e9s gran de generadors d\u2019electricitat fluctuant, com els sistemes e\u00f2lic i solar, fa que sigui m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil calcular les c\u00e0rregues que s\u2019estan alimentant.\r<br>D\u2019altra banda, la demanda creixent d\u2019energia per l\u2019increment de l\u2019\u00fas de vehicles el\u00e8ctrics suposa una dificultat addicional. El vehicle el\u00e8ctric juga un paper cabdal en totes les llars, no nom\u00e9s en la c\u00e0rrega del vehicle, sin\u00f3 en el fet de poder emmagatzemar l\u2019energia quan aquesta \u00e9s excedent\u00e0ria per poder-la injectar en moments de mancan\u00e7a. L\u2019emmagatzematge d\u2019energia \u00e9s clau tamb\u00e9 per raons del mercat el\u00e8ctric o, fins i tot, de sostenibilitat. Per tot plegat, per a un subministrament energ\u00e8tic segur i resistent, cal harmonitzar la producci\u00f3 i la demanda a partir de sistemes de generaci\u00f3 distribu\u00efda basats en la producci\u00f3, l\u2019emmagatzematge i el consum d\u2019energia flexibles.\r<br>En aquest context, sorgeix el projecte FEVER (pel seu nom en angl\u00e8s, Flexible Energy Production, Demand and Storage-based Virtual Power Plants for Electricity Markets and Resilient DSO Operation), l\u2019objectiu del qual \u00e9s demostrar i implementar noves solucions de flexibilitat en la generaci\u00f3, consum i emmagatzematge de l\u2019energia el\u00e8ctrica per aconseguir una operaci\u00f3 \u00f2ptima de la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3.<br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br>En el marc del projecte FEVER, el Centre d\\&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Tecnol\u00f2gica en Convertidors Est\u00e0tics i Accionaments (CITCEA) de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya &#8211; BarcelonaTech (UPC) desenvolupa carregadors bidireccionals per a vehicles el\u00e8ctrics i solucions per a la gesti\u00f3 \u00f2ptima de les xarxes el\u00e8ctriques i els mercats d\u2019electricitat basats en fonts renovables, aprofitant el potencial de flexibilitat dels recursos de producci\u00f3, demanda i emmagatzematge d\u2019energia. Aix\u00ed, es contribueix a satisfer la demanda de serveis espec\u00edfics per a la xarxa el\u00e8ctrica, fent-la segura, eficient i resistent.\r<br>FEVER ha perm\u00e8s identificar que cal desenvolupar nous equips dom\u00e8stics amb aquest objectiu. En aquest sentit, s\u2019est\u00e0 desenvolupant un carregador de vehicle el\u00e8ctric, dom\u00e8stic i bidireccional integrat dins un entorn IoT dom\u00f2tic, el qual permeti combinar els recursos disponibles en un entorn dom\u00e8stic: consums, generaci\u00f3 fotovoltaica, emmagatzematge estacionari i interacci\u00f3 amb la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3.\u00a0\r<br>El projecte compta amb la participaci\u00f3 d\u2019una empresa que busca innovar en els seus productes, oferint solucions als seus clients per tal d\u2019optimitzar la gesti\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica del seu habitatge i la interacci\u00f3 amb la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3. L\u2019empresa \u00e9s distribu\u00efdora i comercialitzadora d\u2019energia el\u00e8ctrica i s\u2019ha detectat la necessitat de transformar el negoci madur i tradicional de la distribuci\u00f3 vers les noves oportunitats de negoci, en el marc de les anomenades smart grids. FEVER es troba en una fase interm\u00e8dia d\u2019execuci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de capturar els requeriments de detall del sistema de tracci\u00f3. Es tracta d\u2019un projecte que t\u00e9, entre altres objectius, establir un marc de continu\u00eftat en la relaci\u00f3 entre l\u2019empresa i el CITCEA-UPC.<br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><h4>Resultats i impacte\u00a0<\/h4>\r<br>Els resultats d\u2019aquest projecte es poden extrapolar a qualsevol altre sistema energ\u00e8tic el\u00e8ctric. Els convertidors i algorismes de control desenvolupats s\u00f3n d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 en qualsevol tecnologia que requereix l\u2019electr\u00f2nica de pot\u00e8ncia.\u00a0\r<br>A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s remarcable la varietat de models de negoci que s\u2019obren en un sector que est\u00e0 en plena transformaci\u00f3 del model energ\u00e8tic tradicional (generaci\u00f3-transport-distribuci\u00f3) cap a un de generaci\u00f3 renovable, amb demanda flexible i capacitat d\u2019emmagatzematge.\r<br>El projecte es troba en una fase molt avan\u00e7ada, la qual cosa permet la transfer\u00e8ncia d\u2019aquesta tecnologia al mercat. La proposta ha obtingut un feedback positiu amb relaci\u00f3 a la seva viabilitat per part de reconegudes institucions com ESADE. <br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><h4>Pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4>\r<br>FEVER t\u00e9 un pressupost total de gaireb\u00e9 10 milions d\u2019euros (9.847.839,82 \u20ac) i es desenvolupa en el marc del programa Horizon 2020 (febrer de 2020 &#8211; juliol de 2023).
