Aquesta dispersi\u00f3 comporta importants esfor\u00e7os d\\&#8217;enginyeria, la incapacitat de poder aprofitar al m\u00e0xim les economies d\\&#8217;escala per a reduir costos i la impossibilitat de concentrar els esfor\u00e7os en la millora de les prestacions dels components i subsistemes.\r<br>Al mercat dels vehicles el\u00e8ctrics (VE), aix\u00f2 es tradueix en una manca d\\&#8217;estandarditzaci\u00f3 en el disseny dels sistemes de conversi\u00f3 d\\&#8217;energia per als diferents models i tipus de vehicles. D\\&#8217;aquesta manera, avui dia els fabricants de VE inverteixen milers de milions d\\&#8217;euros en desenvolupar les seves pr\u00f2pies solucions.\r<br>En aquest context, es desenvolupa el projecte SCAPE (per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s, Switching-Cell-Array-based Power Electronics conversion for future electric vehicles), en el qual participa el Grup de Recerca en Electr\u00f2nica de Pot\u00e8ncia (GREP) de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya &#8211; BarcelonaTech (UPC), pret\u00e9n avan\u00e7ar cap a l\\&#8217;estandarditzaci\u00f3 en el disseny, la reducci\u00f3 dels costos i l\\&#8217;augment de les prestacions dels sistemes electr\u00f2nics de conversi\u00f3 de pot\u00e8ncia per a la futura generaci\u00f3 de vehicles el\u00e8ctrics. Es treballar\u00e0, doncs, en un disseny i arquitectura innovadors, modulars i escalables, per al subsistema de propulsi\u00f3 amb carregador integrat i altres subsistemes auxiliars de conversi\u00f3 de pot\u00e8ncia dels VE, incorporant sistemes de control avan\u00e7ats.\r<br>La contribuci\u00f3 del GREP se centrar\u00e0 en aportar i adaptar la tecnologia en la qual es basa el projecte (conversi\u00f3 de pot\u00e8ncia basada en matrius de cel\u00b7les de commutaci\u00f3 o Switching Cell Arrays). En concret, treballar\u00e0 en la definici\u00f3 de les arquitectures modulars dels diferents sistemes de conversi\u00f3 del demostrador, incloent-hi l\\&#8217;establiment de les topologies per a l\\&#8217;inversor de tracci\u00f3 i carregador i altres convertidors de pot\u00e8ncia auxiliars, i la definici\u00f3 del control b\u00e0sic i avan\u00e7at d\\&#8217;aquests sistemes.<br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><h4>Resultats i impacte esperat<\/h4>\r<br>Amb el projecte SCAPE es pretenen aconseguir els seg\u00fcents objectius:\r<br>\r<br>Estandarditzar els dispositius i circuits de pot\u00e8ncia a trav\u00e9s d\\&#8217;un nou enfocament modular i escalable.\r<br>Desenvolupar una arquitectura d\\&#8217;implementaci\u00f3 assequible i optimitzada, amb blocs constructius altament compactes i integrats, per a convertidors de pot\u00e8ncia de VE.\r<br>Desenvolupar estrat\u00e8gies de control i modulaci\u00f3 intel\u00b7ligents, de diagn\u00f2stic en l\u00ednia i un bess\u00f3 digital per a facilitar el manteniment predictiu.\r<br>Desenvolupar eines de validaci\u00f3 de l\\&#8217;enfocament i compartir els resultats del projecte amb la comunitat d\\&#8217;electr\u00f2nica de pot\u00e8ncia, la ind\u00fastria de components de vehicles el\u00e8ctrics i empreses i conductors de vehicles de transport de llarga dist\u00e0ncia.\r<br>\r<br>La consecuci\u00f3 d\\&#8217;aquests permetr\u00e0 reduir el cost de l\\&#8217;electr\u00f2nica de pot\u00e8ncia dels VE (fins a un cost de 2,5 \u20ac\/kW\u200b), gr\u00e0cies a les economies d\\&#8217;escala, millorar les seves prestacions (fiabilitat, efici\u00e8ncia, densitat de pot\u00e8ncia) i habilitar funcionalitats avan\u00e7ades. Per exemple, s\\&#8217;espera aconseguir una efici\u00e8ncia del 97,5%, una densitat de pot\u00e8ncia de 100 kW per litre\u200b i una vida \u00fatil de 16.000 h i 600.000 km.\r<br>Aix\u00ed mateix, SCAPE ajudar\u00e0 a satisfer les necessitats dels usuaris, augmentar l\\&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 i assequibilitat dels vehicles de zero emissions, reduir les emissions de gasos d\\&#8217;efecte d\\&#8217;hivernacle i fer possible la plena penetraci\u00f3 del VE en el mercat. D\\&#8217;altra banda, l\\&#8217;adopci\u00f3 d\\&#8217;aquest enfocament per part dels fabricants d\\&#8217;autom\u00f2bils de la Uni\u00f3 Europea permetr\u00e0 crear una cadena de producci\u00f3 rendible a la UE basada en economies d\\&#8217;escala i tecnologies d\\&#8217;integraci\u00f3 avan\u00e7ades com a avantatge competitiu enfront d\\&#8217;altres fabricants.<br>Main Text<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br><br><h4>Consorci, pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4>\r<br>SCAPE reuneix nou socis europeus, entre els quals es troben a m\u00e9s de la UPC, l\u2019Institut de Recerca de l\u2019Energia de Catalunya (IREC), l\u00edder i coordinador del projecte, el Centre Superior de Recerques Cient\u00edfiques (CSIC), la Universitat de M\u00f2dena (UNIMORE), AVL, Tekne, Deep Concept, Bax &amp; Company i ISINNOVA.\r<br>El projecte s\\&#8217;emmarca en el programa Horizon Europe 2021-2027, i ha estat finan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europa mitjan\u00e7ant el programa \u2018Climate, Energy and Mobility\u2019. SCAPE es va iniciar el juliol de 2022 i finalitzar\u00e0 el juny de 2026.
