Aquest tipus de transmissi\u00f3 ha perm\u00e8s arribar a una autopista de la informaci\u00f3 en la qual els cables de fibra \u00f2ptica poden transportar una gran \\\u00bbc\u00e0rrega\\\u00bb o flux d\\&#8217;informaci\u00f3.\r<br>Investigadors del Centre de Comunicacions Avan\u00e7ades de Banda Ampla (CCABA) i el Grup de Comunicacions \u00d2ptiques (GCO) de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya &#8211; BarcelonaTech (UPC) participen en el projecte <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.b5g-open.eu\/\">B5G-OPEN<\/a> (pel seu nom en angl\u00e8s, Beyond 5G \u2013 OPtical nEtwork coNtinuum), finan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea, en el marc del qual s\u2019est\u00e0 dissenyant i prototipant una nova arquitectura de transport \u00f2ptic de paquets integrada d\\&#8217;extrem a extrem basada en xarxes de transmissi\u00f3 i commutaci\u00f3 \u00f2ptiques multibanda.\r<br>Aquest nou sistema de transmissi\u00f3 multibanda amplia la capacitat disponible de les fibres \u00f2ptiques i permet la transmissi\u00f3 en les bandes S, E i O, a m\u00e9s de les bandes C i C+L utilitzades actualment. L\u2019\u00fas de les noves bandes es tradueix en un augment potencial fins a 10 vegades m\u00e9s de la capacitat i una menor lat\u00e8ncia per als serveis m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de 5G. Per a fer realitat les xarxes multibanda s\u00f3n necessaris aven\u00e7os tecnol\u00f2gics, tant en els plans de dades com en els sistemes de control i gesti\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s de nous amplificadors, subsistemes sense filtre i multiplexors de suma i reducci\u00f3, entre altres.\r<br>La disponibilitat de la transmissi\u00f3 multibanda tamb\u00e9 donar\u00e0 lloc a un redisseny sencer de l\\&#8217;arquitectura d\\&#8217;extrem a extrem, eliminant fronteres entre dominis de xarxa i reduint les terminacions electr\u00f2niques interm\u00e8dies.<br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><br><br><h4>Resultats i impacte<\/h4>\r<br>El projecte assajar\u00e0 un nou disseny per a suportar elements multibanda i una arquitectura de xarxa \u201csense dominis\u201d que servir\u00e0 per a alimentar algorismes d\u2019intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial i aprenentatge autom\u00e0tic, i conduir cap a xarxes totalment aut\u00f2nomes.\r<br>Els resultats es mostraran en dues demostracions finals en les quals s\\&#8217;exposaran els beneficis del projecte des de les perspectives de l\\&#8217;operador i de l\\&#8217;usuari.\r<br>B5G-OPEN tindr\u00e0 un clar impacte en la societat donant major capacitat de suport dels nous serveis 5G (i posteriors) i els nous patrons de tr\u00e0nsit donant per respondre a les cada vegada majors necessitats de connectivitat.<br>Main Text<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br><br><h4>Consorci, pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4>\r<br>El consorci inclou 17 socis de 8 pa\u00efsos, entre els quals hi ha tres grans operadors de telecomunicacions, tres prove\u00efdors, quatre pimes i quatre centres de recerca i acad\u00e8mics. Liderat per Telefonica, a m\u00e9s de la UPC, a Espanya hi participen el Centre Tecnol\u00f2gic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya (CTTC), la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid i E-lighthouse Network Solutions.
