Prototip d\\&#8217;hivernacle i agri-PV a Scalea (It\u00e0lia).<br>Main Text<br>center<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br><br>Davant l\\&#8217;ambici\u00f3s objectiu d\\&#8217;assolir emissions netes zero el 2050, els pa\u00efsos europeus necessiten eines i solucions viables per augmentar la producci\u00f3 d\\&#8217;energia neta, sense causar un impacte ambiental addicional. Per donar resposta a aquest repte s\u2019ha posat en marxa el projecte europeu SYMBIOSYST, una iniciativa centrada en l\u2019activitat agrovoltaica, denominada agri-PV, que consisteix en un doble \u00fas del s\u00f2l per a l\\&#8217;agricultura i la generaci\u00f3 d\\&#8217;energia solar.\r<br>El projecte suposar\u00e0 un aven\u00e7 en la recerca i la transfer\u00e8ncia multidisciplin\u00e0ria de coneixement en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la tecnificaci\u00f3 del sector de l\u2019horta, en un moment en qu\u00e8 el sector agr\u00edcola requereix la incorporaci\u00f3 de tecnologies i de processos tecnol\u00f2gics per poder cr\u00e9ixer. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019afavorir\u00e0 la producci\u00f3 d\u2019aliments amb baixa petjada de carboni i h\u00eddrica, i els productes d\u2019alt valor afegit lligats al territori. Alhora, el projecte t\u00e9 com a objectiu fomentar accions de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 per incrementar l\u2019inter\u00e8s cap a la tecnologia agri-PV i atraure m\u00e9s inversions.\r<br>La Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya &#8211; BarcelonaTech (UPC) aporta la seva expertesa en aquest projecte a trav\u00e9s de diferents grups i centres de recerca, sota el paraig\u00fces del Centre Espec\u00edfic de Recerca (CER) Agrotech-UPC. Contribueix, aix\u00ed, al desenvolupament de solucions i estrat\u00e8gies tecnol\u00f2giques per augmentar la competitivitat de les solucions agri-PV a Europa, tot minimitzant l\\&#8217;impacte sobre el paisatge i el medi ambient en general.\r<br>D\u2019una banda, el Grup de Recerca i Innovaci\u00f3 de la Construcci\u00f3 (GRIC) de la UPC, expert en implementar millores d\\&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica des de m\u00faltiples perspectives, dissenyar\u00e0 estructures de suport de panells solars m\u00e9s sostenibles utilitzant materials com la fusta. Tamb\u00e9 analitzar\u00e0 els diferents sistemes proposats i desenvolupar\u00e0 models de negoci que permetin la seva implantaci\u00f3 en diferents entorns, com ara en camps de cultiu, hivernacles o hivernacles integrats en edificis.\r<br>El Centre de Disseny d\u2019Equips Industrials (CDEI) de la UPC \u2212expert en disseny de maquin\u00e0ria, prototipatge de noves solucions i aplicaci\u00f3 de rob\u00f2tica m\u00f2bil\u2212 desenvolupar\u00e0 un robot a mida, capa\u00e7 de moure\u2019s de forma omnidireccional en l\u2019entorn agr\u00edcola i equipat amb sensors de diferents tipus, que permetran enviar dades en temps real a un sistema de presa de decisions. Les dades obtingudes serviran per ajustar variables com l\u2019angle de les plaques solars, de cara a optimitzar el comprom\u00eds entre producci\u00f3 del cultiu i generaci\u00f3 d\u2019energia. Aquesta soluci\u00f3 presenta un menor impacte ambiental, en basar-se en un \u00fanic sistema rob\u00f2tic sensoritzat en lloc d\\&#8217;instal\u00b7lar una xarxa de sensors estesa per tot el terreny.\r<br>Per la seva banda, l\u2019Intelligent Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Research Center (IDEAI) de la UPC donar\u00e0 suport al desenvolupament de bessons digitals dels sistemes agrovoltaics, que permetin avaluar les diferents solucions. Per aix\u00f2, es modelitzar\u00e0 el sistema des de totes les perspectives i les seves interaccions: biol\u00f2gica (evoluci\u00f3 del creixement de plantacions), energ\u00e8tica (producci\u00f3 d\u2019energia del panells fotovoltaics) i f\u00edsica (sistema de plafons m\u00f2bils i construccions &#8211; hivernacles), per tal de reproduir l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 i, a partir d\\&#8217;un model base, poder fer recomanacions sobre el sistema global: quan i com moure els panells o com gestionar el sistema d\\&#8217;energia en funci\u00f3 de variables com el temps de maduraci\u00f3 o de creixement de les plantacions.\r<br>Finalment, el Departament d\u2019Enginyeria Agroaliment\u00e0ria i Biotecnologia, vinculat a l\\&#8217;Escola d\\&#8217;Enginyeria Agroaliment\u00e0ria i de Biosistemes de Barcelona (EEABB) de la UPC, avaluar\u00e0 l\u2019efecte de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 fotovoltaica sobre la producci\u00f3 i la qualitat de diferents cultius hort\u00edcoles, i contribuir\u00e0 a definir els par\u00e0metres de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 fotovoltaica que permetin optimitzar alhora la producci\u00f3 agr\u00edcola i la generaci\u00f3 d\u2019energia.\r<br><h4>Resultats i impacte<\/h4>\r<br>A m\u00e9s de desenvolupar solucions com ara m\u00f2duls fotovoltaics i estructures de muntatge, es faran pr\u00e0ctiques d\\&#8217;operaci\u00f3 i manteniment per a les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de diversos cultius, en diferents entorns. Els productes i serveis desenvolupats es mostraran a partir d\\&#8217;una xarxa de demostradors de plantes agri-PV i l\\&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3, amb assajos al camp, de les solucions innovadores estudiades en quatre escenaris agr\u00edcoles diferents per ubicaci\u00f3, clima, mida i tipus de cultius.\r<br>Una d\u2019aquestes proves pilot es far\u00e0 a l\u2019Agr\u00f2polis, un espai de la UPC per a la recerca i la innovaci\u00f3 en tecnologies aplicades al sector agroalimentari, instal\u00b7lat a Viladecans. Investigadors del Departament d\u2019Enginyeria Agroaliment\u00e0ria i Biotecnologia analitzaran les estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019\u00fas de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 agri-PV proposades en diferents cultius hort\u00edcoles.\r<br><h4>Consorci, pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4>\r<br>El consorci interdisciplinari de SYMBIOSYST est\u00e0 format per 16 socis europeus de tota la cadena de valor, amb d\u00e8cades d\\&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia en agricultura, agricultura de precisi\u00f3, tecnologia, m\u00f2duls i sistemes fotovoltaics i aplicacions fotovoltaiques integrades com BIPV i agri-PV. El projecte est\u00e0 coordinat per Eurac Research (It\u00e0lia) i en formen part, a m\u00e9s de la UPC, centres de recerca i entitats de B\u00e8lgica, Pa\u00efsos Baixos i el Regne Unit. El projecte s\\&#8217;emmarca en el programa Horizon Europe 2021-2027 i est\u00e0 cofinan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europa a trav\u00e9s del programa \u2018Climate, Energy and Mobility\u2019. SYMBIOSYST va comen\u00e7ar al gener de 2023 i finalitzar\u00e0 al desembre de 2026.
