Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s necessari implementar mesures per transformar les ciutats en ecosistemes m\u00e9s sostenibles i circulars.<\/h4><br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><br>En aquest sentit, el projecte BINAFET, en el que hi participa el Grup de Recerca i Innovaci\u00f3 de la Construcci\u00f3 (GRIC) de la UPC, construeix una estrat\u00e8gia per a la integraci\u00f3 de fluxos entre edificis i Agricultura Urbana (AU) com a pas clau i necessari per a una transici\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica a les ciutats. Aquesta integraci\u00f3 amb la seva gesti\u00f3 intel\u00b7ligent actua com una soluci\u00f3 basada en la naturalesa entre l\\&#8217;edifici i el seu hivernacle, creant sinergies entre les necessitats de l\\&#8217;edifici, per reduir al m\u00e0xim les temperatures de l\\&#8217;aire i el CO\u2082, i els beneficis dels recursos locals i la vegetaci\u00f3. Els fluxos dels residus generats a l\\&#8217;edifici (per exemple, CO\u2082, calor residual, aigua residual), juntament amb l\\&#8217;AU, es poden redirigir per millorar la qualitat de l\\&#8217;aire interior, l\\&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica de l\\&#8217;edifici i de l\u2019hivernacle, el rendiment dels cultius i la producci\u00f3 local d\\&#8217;aliments. Aquests fluxos es gestionaran de manera intel\u00b7ligent mitjan\u00e7ant el control predictiu i l\\&#8217;aprenentatge autom\u00e0tic, la qual cosa contribuir\u00e0 a la transformaci\u00f3 digital.\r<br>En el projecte BINAFET es proposa una interacci\u00f3 simbi\u00f2tica entre els edificis i l\\&#8217;agricultura urbana per potenciar-ne la circularitat, generant fluxos de calor residual, aigua residual i CO\u2082 per reduir el consum d\\&#8217;energia, la producci\u00f3 de nutrients, la contaminaci\u00f3 de les aig\u00fces urbanes i augmentar la producci\u00f3 local d\\&#8217;aliments. Aquest sistema es basa en una millor qualitat de l\u2019aire interior del edifici i la producci\u00f3 local sostenible d\\&#8217;aliments per millorar la salut i la qualitat de vida de les persones. Fer que les ciutats siguin m\u00e9s sostenibles \u00e9s un dels reptes planetaris del segle XXI i implica estrat\u00e8gies per mitigar i adaptar-se al canvi clim\u00e0tic, augmentar l\\&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i millorar la gesti\u00f3 dels recursos naturals i els residus. El resultat esdevindr\u00e0 un projecte referent en solucions agr\u00edcoles integrades de construcci\u00f3 intel\u00b7ligents i eficients.\r<br>En el projecte hi participa un equip d\u2019investigadors de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya &#8211; BarcelonaTech (UPC) i de la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (UAB). L\u2019equip de la UPC l\u2019integren el Grup de Recerca i Innovaci\u00f3 en Construcci\u00f3 (GRIC) i la Fundaci\u00f3 Miquel Agust\u00ed (FMA).
