Amb aquest projecte s\\&#8217;ha provat l\\&#8217;acompliment d\\&#8217;aquesta eina en entorns rellevants fora de laboratori amb peces industrials.\r<br>El proc\u00e9s de brunyiment assistit per vibracions permet acabar per deformaci\u00f3 pl\u00e0stica les superf\u00edcies objectiu de qualsevol m\u00e0quina eina present en un taller. Aix\u00f2 augmenta simult\u00e0niament la duresa i tensi\u00f3 residual del material i redueix la seva textura caracter\u00edstica.\r<br>Aquest nou proc\u00e9s de brunyiment \u00e9s, doncs, idoni per a fabricar peces amb integritats superficials millorades, la qual cosa permet que tinguin major durabilitat i millors prestacions.\u00a0\r<br>El projecte consta de tres fases: un estudi de mercat i de posicionament per a detectar partners rellevants en la cadena de valor d\\&#8217;implementaci\u00f3, una fase experimental i de prova de producte per a realitzar assajos sobre peces reals i una \u00faltima de transfer\u00e8ncia, en la qual els assajos s\\&#8217;han traslladat a les seus dels futurs usuaris o desenvolupadors del model final de l\\&#8217;eina.\r<br>La tecnologia de brunyiment \u00fanicament deforma el material pl\u00e0sticament, per\u00f2 no genera residus, ja que no hi ha arrencada d\\&#8217;encenall. Aix\u00f2 fa que aquest proc\u00e9s sigui m\u00e9s net i menys perjudicial pel medi ambient que altres processos similars. D\\&#8217;altra banda, aquest proc\u00e9s no genera soroll, la qual cosa tamb\u00e9 li confereix un valor afegit en relaci\u00f3 a l\\&#8217;entorn en el qual es desenvolupa.\u00a0\r<br>Els sectors en els quals es pot aplicar aquest nou proc\u00e9s s\u00f3n, entre altres, el transport (representat per empreses d\\&#8217;automoci\u00f3 i d\\&#8217;aeron\u00e0utica) i el biom\u00e8dic, en tant que requereix de la fabricaci\u00f3 de peces amb acabats molt espec\u00edfics que fomentin la potencial bioactivitat del material.\r<br><h4>Pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4>\r<br>El projecte est\u00e0 dotat d\\&#8217;un pressupost total de 115.000 \u20ac, i ha estat finan\u00e7at a trav\u00e9s del Pla Estatal de Recerca Cient\u00edfica i T\u00e8cnica i d\\&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 2021-2023 (PDC2022-133596-I00; Ag\u00e8ncia Estatal de Recerca).
