El projecte, que s\u2019anomena ADRIANO, t\u00e9 com a finalitat desenvolupar un sistema de control en temps real sobre el proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3 de formig\u00f3, per obtenir una estimaci\u00f3 del resultat esperat i anticipar-se en la presa de decisions sobre les seves diferents etapes.<\/h4><br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><br>Per fer-ho, es monitora la fase d\u2019impulsi\u00f3 amb el sistema de bombatge, el sensoritza la sortida en el moment de la impressi\u00f3 i l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de la mescla un cop posada en el producte final, aix\u00ed com la fase de sortida del material ja mesclat. Els sensors mesuren diferents aspectes, com ara humitat, la temperatura, el cabal i la pressi\u00f3, i recullen un conjunt de dades que es contrasten amb altres assajos normatius els quals permeten definir diferents propietats de la mescla: treballabilitat, capacitat de bombatge, capacitat de construcci\u00f3 i estimaci\u00f3 del temps d\u2019obertura, entre altres.\u00a0<br><br>El grup CATMech s\u2019encarrega de l\u2019operativa de la m\u00e0quina d\u2019impressi\u00f3, de la sens\u00f2rica, dels assajos de contrast i de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de les dades. Les proves es porten a terme a les instal\u00b7lacions del FactoryLab de l\u2019<a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/eseiaat.upc.edu\/ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Escola Superior d\u2019Enginyeries Industrial, Aeroespacial i Audiovisual de Terrassa (ESEIAAT).<\/a><br><br>Com a resultat, aquest monitoratge permetr\u00e0 optimitzar el proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3, controlant el proc\u00e9s productiu tot obtenint peces d\u2019una major qualitat, aix\u00ed com reduint els temps i les minves de material.<br><br><h4>Pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4><br><br>A m\u00e9s del CATMech de la UPC, en el projecte, que compta amb un pressupost de 73.927,05 euros, hi participen VIAS i Construcciones. ADRIANO es va iniciar el juliol de 2021 i finalitzar\u00e0 el juliol de 2024.
