El projecte proporcionar\u00e0 als actors clau (investigadors acad\u00e8mics i representants de la ind\u00fastria de la construcci\u00f3), coneixements basats en dades per fer l\u2019enderroc m\u00e9s eficient, optimitzar l\\&#8217;\u00fas de recursos, millorar l\u2019empremta ambiental i incrementar la circularitat en la construcci\u00f3 i demolici\u00f3, desbloquejant el potencial de les obres constru\u00efdes al final de la seva vida, que es convertiran en bancs de materials.<br><br>Els resultats esperats del projecte DISCOVER inclouen una plataforma rob\u00f2tica aut\u00f2noma combinada amb eines d\\&#8217;identificaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua per escanejar les obres constru\u00efdes i proporcionar dades quantitatives i qualitatives s\u00edncrones de diferents materials. Els algorismes d\\&#8217;intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial permetran una r\u00e0pida an\u00e0lisi de les propietats i caracter\u00edstiques dels components i alimentaran la creaci\u00f3 automatitzada de models BIM a partir de l\\&#8217;escaneig. El BIM multidimensional, que inclour\u00e0 processos de demolici\u00f3 selectiva, productivitat laboral i planificaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica, es convertir\u00e0 en un Bess\u00f3 Digital del lloc de demolici\u00f3, optimitzat per avaluacions multicriteri socials, econ\u00f2miques i ambientals. Aquest enfocament contribuir\u00e0 a augmentar significativament el subministrament de materials i productes de construcci\u00f3 tra\u00e7ables i sostenibles, millorant la seva acceptaci\u00f3 en el mercat, seguint la jerarquia de residus.<br><br>Els objectius del projecte s\u00f3n:<br><br><br><br>Desenvolupar m\u00e8todes r\u00e0pids i aut\u00f2noms d\\&#8217;identificaci\u00f3 de materials in situ.<br><br>Avan\u00e7ar en la rob\u00f2tica per a la inspecci\u00f3 i identificaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via a la demolici\u00f3.<br><br>Desbloquejar el potencial de les eines basades en IA i BIM per a l\u2019enderrocament sostenible.<br><br>Transformar les pr\u00e0ctiques de demolici\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant eines de presa de decisions per a la recuperaci\u00f3 \u00f2ptima de recursos.<br><br>Promoure l\\&#8217;economia circular en la construcci\u00f3 integrant LCA\/LCC (Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Costing) m\u00faltiples, digitalitzaci\u00f3 de la demolici\u00f3 i tra\u00e7abilitat dels productes recuperats.<br><br>Integrar l\u2019enderrocament i la construcci\u00f3 augmentant la reutilitzaci\u00f3 directa de materials en la construcci\u00f3.<br><br><br><br>DISCOVER impactar\u00e0 a diferents escales:<br><br><br><br>Econ\u00f2mica: Millora de l\\&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia, estalvis de costos i reducci\u00f3 de m\u00e0 d\\&#8217;obra en la construcci\u00f3 i demolici\u00f3.<br><br>Ambiental: Reducci\u00f3 dels Residus de Construcci\u00f3 i Demolici\u00f3 (RCD), disminuci\u00f3 de les taxes d\\&#8217;abocadors i reducci\u00f3 de les emissions de CO\u2082 relacionades amb la gesti\u00f3 de residus i materials de construcci\u00f3.<br><br>Social: Assolir influ\u00e8ncia en els responsables pol\u00edtics per a crear regulacions basades en evid\u00e8ncies per a la construcci\u00f3 sostenible i la gesti\u00f3 de residus.<br><br>Cient\u00edfica: Acceleraci\u00f3 de la recerca en construcci\u00f3 sostenible i gesti\u00f3 de residus.\u00a0<br><br><br><br>Consorci i pressupost del projecte DISCOVER<br><br>El projecte est\u00e0 finan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea (Horizon Europe) amb un pressupost total de 5.997.208,50 \u20ac. Ha comen\u00e7at el juny de 2024 i t\u00e9 una durada de quatre anys.
