Aquestes mol\u00e8cules detectaran senyals espec\u00edfics de l\u2019entorn infecci\u00f3s, com ara determinades enzims o canvis en el pH.<br><br>Creaci\u00f3 de biomaterials avan\u00e7ats: Combinaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes mol\u00e8cules intel\u00b7ligents (linkers + p\u00e8ptids antibacterians) amb p\u00e8ptids que promoguin l\u2019adhesi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular o nanopart\u00edcules de polidopamina per produir biomaterials multifuncionals (implants de titani i hidrogels). Aquestes combinacions oferiran propietats especials per ajudar les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules a adherir-se i combatre les bacteris de manera din\u00e0mica.<br><br>Estudi avan\u00e7at d\u2019interaccions: \u00das d\u2019aquests materials com a plataformes avan\u00e7ades per estudiar en temps real les interaccions entre c\u00e8l\u00b7lules i bacteris, amb l\u2019objectiu de desenvolupar nous biomaterials que millorin la regeneraci\u00f3 \u00f2ssia en entorns infecciosos complexos.<br><br><br><br>Per a aix\u00f2, en primer lloc, se sintetitzaran linkers degradables en pres\u00e8ncia de certes condicions, com el pH \u00e0cid propi de les infeccions bacterianes o per l\\&#8217;acci\u00f3 de les proteases, i s\u2019hi afegir\u00e0 un p\u00e8ptid antibacteri\u00e0 (el p\u00e8ptid LF1-11). Al mateix temps, aquests linkers es combinaran amb p\u00e8ptids d\\&#8217;adhesi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular en plataformes pept\u00eddiques o amb nanopart\u00edcules de polidopamina per afavorir la fixaci\u00f3 als teixits.<br><br>En segon lloc, es funcionalitzaran superf\u00edcies de titani i hidrogels amb els recobriments multifuncionals per obtenir materials din\u00e0mics amb propietats osteointegratives i antibacterianes.<br><br>En tercer lloc, s\\&#8217;avaluar\u00e0 la seva efectivitat provant aquests materials amb c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare i diferents tipus de bacteris per analitzar com funcionen en condicions controlades. Finalment, es provaran les millors combinacions en un model de reparaci\u00f3 d\\&#8217;os infectat a la t\u00edbia proximal, amb l\\&#8217;objectiu d\\&#8217;avaluar la capacitat dels biomaterials per induir la formaci\u00f3 d\\&#8217;os in vivo sota infecci\u00f3.<br><br>DYNAMIC proposa un enfocament innovador i sense precedents per desenvolupar biomaterials multifuncionals que estimulin el creixement ossi i administrin agents antibacterians de manera controlada i temporal en el context d\u2019una infecci\u00f3.
