El model de cocci\u00f3, que utilitza inducci\u00f3 i l\u00e0ser, optimitza l\\&#8217;energia mitjan\u00e7ant visi\u00f3 artificial per focalitzar la calor en el volum de l\\&#8217;aliment, aconseguint aix\u00ed reduir tant el consum energ\u00e8tic com el temps de cocci\u00f3.<br><br>El desenvolupament del projecte es va estructurar en dues fases:<br><br><br><br>Modelitzaci\u00f3 num\u00e8rica mitjan\u00e7ant Digital Twin: S\u2019ha desenvolupat una eina virtual per simular el comportament t\u00e8rmic de la calefacci\u00f3 per inducci\u00f3, produint un model 3D prec\u00eds de transfer\u00e8ncia de calor per inducci\u00f3. El model ha estat validat amb dades experimentals i despr\u00e9s ha estat utilitzat amb diferents configuracions de bobines i freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies. Els resultats tamb\u00e9 han estat contrastats amb proves experimentals de Natural Machines, oferint dades per a futurs dissenys m\u00e9s eficients.<br><br>Prototipatge i experimentaci\u00f3: S\u2019ha actualitzat la placa d\\&#8217;inducci\u00f3 per dur a terme proves detallades amb sensors de temperatura en diversos punts. Es van realitzar experiments amb aliments com ara hamburgueses, integrant el sistema a la Foodini per mesurar i controlar la temperatura en temps real, adaptant el software per garantir la correcta lectura dels sensors.<br><br><br><br>\u00a0<br><br>Aquest nou prototip de cocci\u00f3 eficient utilitza, doncs, inducci\u00f3 sobre una plataforma d\\&#8217;impressi\u00f3 3D, millora la transfer\u00e8ncia de calor, el control de temperatura i redueix el consum d\\&#8217;energia de forma proporcional a la reducci\u00f3 de superf\u00edcie calefactada que pot variar entre un 30% i un 60%. An\u00e0logament, s\u2019ha validat l\\&#8217;\u00fas del Digital Twin com a eina d\\&#8217;optimitzaci\u00f3 demostrant un estalvi significatiu en temps i costos, ja que amb un sol prototipus s\u2019ha pogut validar el model i extreure la resta de resultats de forma num\u00e8rica.
