Un dels usos on s\u2019est\u00e0 fent recerca darrerament \u00e9s com a material a\u00efllant en la construcci\u00f3, on ofereix beneficis mediambientals significatius, incloent-hi emissions negatives de CO\u2082 i un cicle de vida prolongat gr\u00e0cies a la seva capacitat de reciclatge. El cultiu de c\u00e0nem, per\u00f2, genera un subproducte que pot representar fins el 50% del pes total de la planta. Aquest residu ha estat objecte d\\&#8217;estudi amb l\\&#8217;objectiu de donar-li valor afegit, amb un enfocament destinat a la fabricaci\u00f3 de panells a\u00efllants termo-ac\u00fastics amb fibra de cart\u00f3 reciclat per a la bioconstrucci\u00f3.<br><br>Les propietats ac\u00fastiques i t\u00e8rmiques del c\u00e0nem, similars o superiors als materials sint\u00e8tics convencionals, el converteixen en una opci\u00f3 prometedora per al sector de l\\&#8217;edificaci\u00f3 sostenible. A m\u00e9s, la incorporaci\u00f3 de fibra de cart\u00f3 reciclada com a lligant potencia encara m\u00e9s les seves propietats de circularitat, cosa que permet desenvolupar un biomaterial compost amb costos de producci\u00f3 competitius i una manufactura eficient.<br><br>En aquest context, HEMPANEL se centra en l\\&#8217;assoliment de pr\u00e0ctiques de fabricaci\u00f3 industrial que minimitzin el consum d\\&#8217;energia, d\\&#8217;aigua i la generaci\u00f3 de residus de materials, mitigant aix\u00ed la petjada de carboni.<br><br>Del projecte s\u2019espera la posada en marxa d\\&#8217;una planta pilot de fabricaci\u00f3 industrial de panells a\u00efllants basats en c\u00e0nem (aprofitant el subproducte conegut com a canemuixa) mitjan\u00e7ant la recerca en panells d\\&#8217;a\u00efllament innovadors, que ajudaran a reduir l\u2019energia consumida i augmentar el confort en les edificacions, i la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un nou biomaterial compost emprant fibra de cart\u00f3 reciclat com a lligant, que reduir\u00e0 la quantitat de materials de rebuig generats en el cultiu de c\u00e0nem i contribuir\u00e0 a l\\&#8217;economia circular.\u00a0<br><br>En concret, el projecte permetr\u00e0:<br><br><br><br>Estudi dels components i els par\u00e0metres de la planta pilot que afecten les propietats del nou material a\u00efllant (flu\u00efdesa de la mescla i temperatura de curat, el consum energ\u00e8tic i l\u2019estalvi d\u2019aigua).\u00a0<br><br>Estudi de les propietats mec\u00e0niques i d\u2019a\u00efllament i la sostenibilitat del material obtingut, de la planta pilot i an\u00e0lisi de la viabilitat comercial.\u00a0<br><br><br><br><h4>Pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4><br><br>El projecte ha estat finan\u00e7at a trav\u00e9s de la convocat\u00f2ria d\u2019Ajuts a les activitats de demostraci\u00f3 de transfer\u00e8ncia de coneixements, en el marc del Pla estrat\u00e8gic de la PAC 2023-2027, del Departament d\\&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Clim\u00e0tica, Alimentaci\u00f3 i Agenda Rural de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
