Integrant solucions de monitoratge d\\&#8217;avantguarda, el projecte SEAMPHONI pret\u00e9n desenvolupar eines en temps real i rendibles que revolucionaran la manera com s\u2019avalua la biodiversitat, la salut dels ecosistemes i l\\&#8217;efic\u00e0cia de les mesures de protecci\u00f3 i restauraci\u00f3. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s crear sistemes inclusius i escalables per garantir que cap part de l\\&#8217;oce\u00e0 romangui invisible o desconeguda.<br><br>SEAMPHONI busca transformar el monitoratge de la biodiversitat marina en alta mar. Mitjan\u00e7ant la integraci\u00f3 d\\&#8217;eines innovadores com l\u2019ADN ambiental (eDNA) \u2014que permet identificar esp\u00e8cies a partir de restes gen\u00e8tiques presents a l\u2019aigua\u2014, l\u2019ac\u00fastica i la imatge submarina, es construir\u00e0 un bess\u00f3 digital mar\u00ed intel\u00b7ligent interoperable amb el European Digital Twin Ocean (EDTO), la iniciativa de bess\u00f3 digital oce\u00e0nic promoguda per la Uni\u00f3 Europea. Aquesta r\u00e8plica virtual de l\\&#8217;ecosistema mar\u00ed proporcionar\u00e0 una visi\u00f3 completa i din\u00e0mica del medi, basada en la metodologia de ci\u00e8ncia de sistemes i dades i un software de codi obert.<br><br>L\\&#8217;ambici\u00f3 del projecte va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la tecnologia, ja que SEAMPHONI pret\u00e9n donar suport a les pol\u00edtiques marines internacionals i reconnectar la societat amb l\\&#8217;oce\u00e0, fins i tot a trav\u00e9s de la divulgaci\u00f3 art\u00edstica.<br><br>Un dels objectius del projecte \u00e9s escoltar la simfonia submarina de vida i so que caracteritza les regions marines m\u00e9s remotes i vulnerables d\\&#8217;Europa, incloses les \u00c0rees Fora de la Jurisdicci\u00f3 Nacional (ABNJ), que romanen en gran part desprotegides.<br><br><h4>Impacte<\/h4><br><br>El projecte representa una soluci\u00f3 revolucion\u00e0ria per a la conservaci\u00f3 marina, que permetr\u00e0 a ag\u00e8ncies governamentals, comunitat cient\u00edfica i agents locals accedir a dades de refer\u00e8ncia i en temps real, aix\u00ed com a escenaris predictius. L\\&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s avan\u00e7ar cap a un seguiment m\u00e9s continu, predictiu i assequible de la biodiversitat marina, contribuint aix\u00ed a la identificaci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00e0rees priorit\u00e0ries de protecci\u00f3 i al compliment dels objectius del Global Biodiversity Framework 2030 i de la Missi\u00f3 de la UE per a l\u2019Oce\u00e0 i les aig\u00fces continentals.<br><br><h4>Pressupost, socis i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4><br><br>El projecte compta amb 11 milions d\u2019euros de finan\u00e7ament del programa Horizon Europe i la participaci\u00f3 de 24 socis europeus, incloent-hi centres de recerca, universitats i empreses i empreses.
