Aquests pilots demostraran, a gran escala, solucions innovadores i integrades per al desmantellament, processament, gesti\u00f3 i valoritzaci\u00f3 de residus de construcci\u00f3, transformant-los en nous productes.<br><br><h4>El projecte pilot a Espanya: laMercedes<\/h4><br><br>La planta de Mercedes-Benz va ser dissenyada el 1951 com a f\u00e0brica de motors d\u2019avi\u00f3, en un edifici que forma part del patrimoni industrial de la ciutat de Barcelona. En des\u00fas des de 2007, l\u2019empresa Conren Tramway, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l\u2019estudi d\u2019arquitectura Batlleiroig i a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un conveni amb l\u2019Ajuntament de Barcelona, ha projectat en aquest espai \u2014entre els barris de Sant Andreu del Palomar i Bon Pastor\u2014 el primer gran barri sostenible d\u2019Espanya. Es tracta d\u2019un espai urb\u00e0 de 185.000 m\u00b2 lliure de cotxes, concebut com un hub de disseny i innovaci\u00f3, amb empreses, equipaments, comer\u00e7os, habitatges i zones verdes, aix\u00ed com espais dedicats a l\u2019oci, la cultura i l\u2019esport. El projecte laMercedes, que es desenvolupar\u00e0 a partir del reciclatge de la totalitat dels edificis de l\u2019antiga factoria, ha estat recentment guardonat amb el premi WAFX en la categoria Re-Use, en el marc del World Architecture Festival (WAF).<br><br>El pilot del projecte CIRC-BOOST en aquest espai, que dur\u00e0 a terme el grup de recerca C3S, inclou l\u2019\u00fas de bessons digitals basats en BIM per generar bases de dades de materials i altres elements constructius, aix\u00ed com t\u00e8cniques per a la descontaminaci\u00f3 i reutilitzaci\u00f3 del s\u00f2l. Tamb\u00e9 es dur\u00e0 a terme una demolici\u00f3 selectiva amb criteris de sostenibilitat, per aprofitar de manera \u00f2ptima els materials recuperats. En l\u2019etapa de construcci\u00f3, s\u2019utilitzaran sensors sense fils de baix cost i etiquetes NFC (Near Field Communication) per a la tra\u00e7abilitat dels materials i elements recuperats. Aix\u00ed mateix, es fabricaran elements de mobiliari urb\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant impressi\u00f3 3D utilitzant materials reciclats i minimitzant el consum de ciment.<br><br>S\u2019espera que aquest pilot aconsegueixi:<br><br><br><br>M\u00e9s del 90% de descontaminaci\u00f3 del s\u00f2l amb pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019hidrocarburs i metalls pesants.<br><br>Un increment de m\u00e9s del 40% en la recuperaci\u00f3 d\u2019elements estructurals per a la seva reutilitzaci\u00f3.<br><br>La implementaci\u00f3 exitosa de la tra\u00e7abilitat de materials mitjan\u00e7ant sensors sense fils.<br><br><br><br><h4>Pilots en altres pa\u00efsos<\/h4><br><br>A Fran\u00e7a, es crear\u00e0 una plataforma digital i f\u00edsica per optimitzar el flux de residus de construcci\u00f3 en les obres d\u2019infraestructures dels Jocs Ol\u00edmpics de Par\u00eds 2024 i els Jocs Paral\u00edmpics posteriors. Aquesta mateixa plataforma tamb\u00e9 s\u2019utilitzar\u00e0 per a la gesti\u00f3 i \u00fas dels residus generats per les obres del Grand Paris Express, actualment la infraestructura en construcci\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran d\u2019Europa.A Belgrad, es construir\u00e0 un habitatge pilot amb acer, formig\u00f3 i cautx\u00fa reciclat.A Vester\u00e5len (Noruega), es reutilitzaran materials procedents de la demolici\u00f3 selectiva de dos edificis i acer de contenidors de la ind\u00fastria pesquera per construir el museu de contenidors GaiaVester\u00e5len, al port de Sortland.A Praga (Rep\u00fablica Txeca), es construir\u00e0 un edifici residencial sobre una antiga f\u00e0brica abandonada, emprant exclusivament materials reutilitzats i reciclats.<br><br><h4>Impacte<\/h4><br><br>El seguiment de les solucions circulars implementades en les construccions pilot permetr\u00e0 recopilar dades clau per avaluar-ne l\u2019efic\u00e0cia tecnol\u00f2gica, ambiental, econ\u00f2mica i social. Aquesta informaci\u00f3 s\u2019integrar\u00e0 en una base de dades oberta que inclour\u00e0 eines i recomanacions per a futures construccions, amb l\u2019objectiu de fomentar l\u2019adopci\u00f3 empresarial d\u2019aquestes tecnologies. A m\u00e9s, el projecte facilitar\u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9s a informaci\u00f3 rellevant dels edificis \u2014com l\u2019estat, la tra\u00e7abilitat i proced\u00e8ncia dels materials, o el rendiment energ\u00e8tic\u2014, millorant la presa de decisions al llarg de tot el cicle de vida dels projectes.<br><br>CIRC-BOOST contribuir\u00e0 al desenvolupament d\u2019edificis m\u00e9s segurs, duradors i energ\u00e8ticament eficients, amb beneficis directes per a la qualitat de vida i el medi ambient. Paral\u00b7lelament, tindr\u00e0 un impacte positiu en el territori, promovent la creaci\u00f3 de llocs de treball de qualitat i oferint noves oportunitats formatives per als professionals del sector a trav\u00e9s de les activitats educatives previstes.<br><br><h4>Consorci, pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4><br><br>El projecte compta amb la participaci\u00f3 de 27 socis procedents de 8 pa\u00efsos europeus. El consorci reuneix actors del sector privat, universitats, autoritats p\u00fabliques i organitzacions cl\u00faster, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019impulsar l\u2019adopci\u00f3 de solucions circulars integrades en les cadenes de valor de la construcci\u00f3.<br><br>En el projecte tamb\u00e9 hi participa l\u2019spin-off de la UPC Smart Engineering, juntament amb les empreses espanyoles Acciona Construcci\u00f3n i Control Demeter.
