El projecte inclou una soluci\u00f3 innovadora per monitorar i optimitzar el consum de l\u2019aigua a la planta de bon\u00c0rea a Guissona, aix\u00ed com el disseny i desenvolupament d\u2019un bess\u00f3 digital de les instal\u00b7lacions de Friselva a Riudellots de la Selva.<\/h4><br>Project Header<br>no-repeat;left top;;<br>auto<br>20px<br><br><br>La situaci\u00f3 actual del sector industrial carni es caracteritza per diversos reptes, entre els quals destaquen la pressi\u00f3 sobre els recursos h\u00eddrics i la necessitat de millorar la sostenibilitat ambiental. Les instal\u00b7lacions c\u00e0rnies presenten un consum molt elevat d\u2019aigua, necessari en diferents fases del proc\u00e9s com ara el rentat de la carn, el refredament i altres operacions.<br><br>Per donar resposta a aquest repte, el projecte defineix dos objectius principals. D\u2019una banda, es realitzar\u00e0 una soluci\u00f3 per monitorar i optimitzar el consum d\u2019aigua utilitzat durant el proc\u00e9s de producci\u00f3 de la planta que bon\u00c0rea t\u00e9 a Guissona. De l\u2019altra, es dissenyar\u00e0 i desenvolupar\u00e0 un bess\u00f3 digital d\u2019un subsistema de les instal\u00b7lacions que Friselva disposa a la localitat de Riudellots de la Selva com a prova de concepte dels avantatges que comporta disposar d\u2019un bess\u00f3 digital. El bess\u00f3 digital permetr\u00e0 controlar una r\u00e8plica virtual de la zona d\u2019estudi i la monitoritzaci\u00f3 del consum d\u2019aigua (virtual) per tal d\\&#8217;estudiar alternatives de disseny, com la recirculaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica de l\u2019aigua o la configuraci\u00f3 adaptada a un pla de producci\u00f3 concret i, aix\u00ed, optimitzar el consum d\u2019aigua de la planta real.<br><br><h4>Pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4><br><br>El projecte est\u00e0 finan\u00e7at en el marc del Pla estrat\u00e8gic de la PAC 2023-2027 de la Generalitat de Catalunya, amb un pressupost total de 115.000 \u20ac.
