A m\u00e9s, redueixen els errors humans en l\u2019assegurament i faciliten l\u2019entrenament.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><br><br><p><span>En aquest context, l\u2019<\/span>inLab FIB de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya &#8211; BarcelonaTech (UPC) <span>ha desenvolupat per a l\u2019empresa <\/span>Lizcore\u00ae<span> una <\/span>prova de concepte basada en machine learning<span> aplicada als seus <\/span>sistemes d\u2019autoassegurament (autobelay)<span>. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s <\/span>millorar la seguretat abans d\u2019iniciar l\u2019escalada<span>, detectant de manera <\/span>autom\u00e0tica, fiable i precisa<span> possibles situacions de risc que podrien provocar accidents.<\/span><\/p><br><br><p><span>El model d\\&#8217;IA est\u00e0 integrat en el software del <\/span>Safety Gate de Lizcore<span>, un dispositiu que supervisa autom\u00e0ticament l\\&#8217;\u00fas dels autoasseguradors mitjan\u00e7ant t\u00e8cniques d\\&#8217;intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial i visi\u00f3 per computador. Aquest sistema permet generar alertes en temps real i, gr\u00e0cies a la seva connexi\u00f3 directa amb el software de gesti\u00f3 (<\/span>Lizcore GymOS<span>), els m\u00e1nagers i t\u00e8cnics de les instal\u00b7lacions poden rebre avisos immediats i disposar de dades d\\&#8217;\u00fas precises per controlar els manteniments preventius.<\/span><\/p><br><br><h4>Aquest innovador dispositiu\u00a0 comprova de manera autom\u00e0tica:<\/h4><br><br><br><br>Control d\u2019acc\u00e9s:<span> Nom\u00e9s els escaladors autoritzats i amb les signatures legals al dia poden activar l\u2019autoassegurador mitjan\u00e7ant la pulsera <\/span>NFC<span>.<\/span><br><br>Verificaci\u00f3 intel\u00b7ligent (IA):<span> Una c\u00e0mera frontal valida la correcta connexi\u00f3 de l\\&#8217;arn\u00e8s i el tancament del mosquet\u00f3 al punt ventral abans de permetre l\u2019inici de l\u2019activitat.<\/span><br><br>Seguretat en ruta i rang d\\&#8217;acci\u00f3:<span> Una c\u00e0mera superior verifica que l\\&#8217;escalador es mantingui dins de la ruta correcta i dins dels marges de seguretat que ofereix la l\u00ednia de l\\&#8217;autoassegurador.<\/span><br><br>Control de la zona d\\&#8217;aterratge:<span> Una c\u00e0mera frontal realiza la supervisi\u00f3 de l\\&#8217;\u00e0rea de caiguda o descens per evitar col\u00b7lisions amb altres persones que puguin estar creuant o situades sota l\\&#8217;escalador.<\/span><br><br>Sistema d\u2019alertes multi-canal:<span> Davant de qualsevol anomalia en el funcionament o situaci\u00f3 de perill, s\\&#8217;activen avisos ac\u00fastics, lluminosos (LEDs) i notificacions m\u00f2bils immediates al personal del centre.<\/span><br><br><br><br><p><span>Aquesta capa de seguretat proactiva complementa \u2014no substitueix\u2014 la supervisi\u00f3 humana, aportant una eina tecnol\u00f2gica clau per evitar accidents per distracci\u00f3 o error hum\u00e0.<\/span><\/p><br><br><p><span>El sistema implementrats per l\u2019inLab FIB utilitza <\/span>models d\u2019aprenentatge autom\u00e0tic basats en xarxes neuronals convolucionals (CNN)<span>, entrenats amb imatges de les c\u00e0meres del Safety Gate.
