Aquests sostres, formen part dels sostres coneguts com a forjats aut\u00e0rquics, es van generalitzar en el context de la postguerra, marcat per la restricci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00fas de l\u2019acer arran del decret de 1941 i per la disponibilitat de materials cer\u00e0mics. Avui es calcula que hi ha prop de 130.000 habitatges amb aquesta tipologia constructiva, molts dels quals tenen entre 65 i 85 anys. El pas del temps, el deteriorament dels materials i les lesions acumulades fan necess\u00e0ria una intervenci\u00f3 que no nom\u00e9s garanteixi la seguretat estructural, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 sigui compatible amb edificis habitats, on la rapidesa d\u2019execuci\u00f3, la facilitat d\u2019acc\u00e9s i la reducci\u00f3 de les mol\u00e8sties per als usuaris s\u00f3n factors clau.En aquest context, el projecte RE-FESTA (REhabilitaci\u00f3 amb Fusta EStructural TensoActivada) planteja una alternativa innovadora basada en refor\u00e7os de fusta pretensada o tensoactivada aplicada a forjats cer\u00e0mics existents. Mitjan\u00e7ant un proc\u00e9s controlat de tesat, els elements de fusta s\u2019activen estructuralment i passen a treballar de manera complement\u00e0ria amb el forjat, millorant-ne la capacitat portant. La soluci\u00f3 combina un material renovable i de baix impacte ambiental com la fusta amb una t\u00e8cnica de pretensat adaptada a les caracter\u00edstiques espec\u00edfiques dels forjats cer\u00e0mics.Aquesta proposta s\u2019adapta als diferents models de sostre existents, permet una execuci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida i amb poques mol\u00e8sties durant les obres i, a m\u00e9s, contribueix a millorar l\u2019a\u00efllament ac\u00fastic i t\u00e8rmic dels edificis intervinguts. D\u2019aquesta manera, es dona resposta de manera integrada als reptes estructurals, constructius i ambientals associats a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 del parc edificat.<\/p><br><br><p>El resultat destaca pel seu potencial de replicabilitat a gran escala i per l\u2019alineaci\u00f3 amb els objectius europeus de rehabilitaci\u00f3 i transici\u00f3 del sector de l\u2019edificaci\u00f3. La capacitat d\u2019actuar en edificis habitats i l\u2019\u00fas de la fusta com a material estructural principal representen un aven\u00e7 rellevant respecte als sistemes de refor\u00e7 convencionals i obren la porta a noves solucions constructives amb gran potencial de mercat.<\/p><br><br><h4>Pressupost i finan\u00e7ament<\/h4><br><br><p>RE-FESTA s\u2019emmarca en la convocat\u00f2ria d\u2019Ind\u00fastria del Coneixement 2024, en la modalitat A. Llavor (2024 LLAV 00121), i ha estat finan\u00e7at per l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de Gesti\u00f3 d\u2019Ajuts Universitaris i de Recerca (AGAUR) amb un pressupost de 20.000 euros.
