En aquest context, el projecte<\/span> <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/resilient.upc.edu\/ca\">RESILIENT<\/a><span> afronta aquest repte avaluant l\u2019impacte de les estrat\u00e8gies de resili\u00e8ncia clim\u00e0tica sobre el parc edificatori espanyol i desenvolupant un nou model de presa de decisions per optimitzar l\u2019assignaci\u00f3 de fons destinats a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 clim\u00e0ticament resilient, tant a nivell individual com del conjunt d\u2019edificis.<\/span><\/p><br><br><p><span>A difer\u00e8ncia d\u2019iniciatives pr\u00e8vies, el projecte adopta un enfocament integral explorant el potencial encara no aprofitat de les <\/span>envolvents i les instal.lacions dels edificis<span> en la implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies de resili\u00e8ncia clim\u00e0tica, com ara:<\/span><\/p><br><br><br><br>Estrat\u00e8gies relacionades amb les envolvents <span>(a\u00efllament, fa\u00e7anes i cobertes amb integraci\u00f3 fotovoltaica, dispositius d\u2019ombreig).<\/span><br><br>Estrat\u00e8gies verdes<span> (cobertes i fa\u00e7anes verdes, agricultura urbana combinada amb fotovoltaica).<\/span><br><br>Estrat\u00e8gies relacionades amb les instal.lacions dels edificis<span> (substituci\u00f3 de sistemes HVAC ineficients per sistemes integrats amb energies renovables).<\/span><br><br><br><br><p><span>L\u2019agrupaci\u00f3 de dades i la modelitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019edificis representatius sota climes actuals i futurs, combinades amb la implementaci\u00f3 de pilots, permetran obtenir un <\/span>model de presa de decisions validat<span> per a una rehabilitaci\u00f3 optimitzada.<\/span><\/p><br><br><p><span>El projecte permetr\u00e0 avan\u00e7ar en:<\/span><\/p><br><br><br><br>Desenvolupament d\u2019un conjunt complet d\u2019edificis de refer\u00e8ncia <span>per donar suport a an\u00e0lisis transversals sobre \u00fas d\u2019energia, confort i resili\u00e8ncia.<\/span><br><br>Implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019un m\u00e8tode automatitzat per identificar edificis representatius<span> a partir de fonts de dades obertes, adaptable a diferents escales geogr\u00e0fiques.<\/span><br><br>Estrat\u00e8gies basades en l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia: avaluaci\u00f3 detallada de l\u2019efic\u00e0cia, la viabilitat i el cost <span>de les mesures de disseny i rehabilitaci\u00f3 resilients al clima, per donar suport a una presa de decisions informada.<\/span><br><br>Eines d\u2019ajuda a la presa de decisions: desenvolupament d\u2019un model innovador per prioritzar la inversi\u00f3 i l\u2019assignaci\u00f3 de fons en rehabilitacions resilients<span>, tant a nivell individual com de parc d\u2019edificis.<\/span><br><br><br><br><h4>Impacte\u00a0<\/h4><br><br><p><span>Es preveu que el projecte contribueixi de manera significativa a la generaci\u00f3 de nou coneixement cient\u00edfic i t\u00e8cnic en l\u2019\u00e0mbit dels edificis sostenibles i resilients al clima. Mitjan\u00e7ant la combinaci\u00f3 de models clim\u00e0tics avan\u00e7ats, la integraci\u00f3 de dades i l\u2019an\u00e0lisi del comportament dels edificis, el projecte proporcionar\u00e0 eines i coneixements innovadors per donar suport a la transici\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica ia l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 clim\u00e0tica del parc edificat.<\/span><\/p><br><br><p><span>A m\u00e9s dels resultats cient\u00edfics i t\u00e8cnics, <\/span>el projecte generar\u00e0 beneficis socioecon\u00f2mics substancials<span>:<\/span><\/p><br><br><br><br><span>Per als responsables pol\u00edtics: suport en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies nacionals i locals alineades amb els objectius europeus de descarbonitzaci\u00f3 i adaptaci\u00f3 clim\u00e0tica.<\/span><br><br><span>Per als ocupants dels edificis: millora de la salut, el confort i la seguretat, aix\u00ed com reducci\u00f3 dels costos energ\u00e8tics i de la pobresa energ\u00e8tica.
