An open hub for industrial and academic partners from the areas of automotive and mobility research & innovation. CARNET is located in Barcelona, and works through project-based collaboration. It focuses on innovation and solutions that close the gap between academic research and industrial innovation in urban mobility.

 

Job Offer: Project Manager CARNET Office

Dedication: Initial contract 6 months incorporation with full dedication (37.5h / week)

Type of contract: A contract for a specific project or service.

Place of work in Barcelona

Integration in a dynamic and highly motivated work team, with results orientation.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support of Directors and executive management in the Management, dynamization and monitoring of the main projects, defining, executing and reporting the results of the annual work program, as well as coordinating the active participation of the different agents involved (to respond to their different needs).
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration within the industry framework of the project, channeling each opportunity towards the most appropriate ways to execute it.
  • Promote and coordinate the operational meetings with the industry partners.
  • Collaborate in development tasks CARNET's business to attract new Partners.
  • Implementation of new governance model of CARNET, new procedures, KPIs or Dashboards for the improvement and presenting findings to internal management.

 

Education:

  • Master Degree, preferably in Engineering, business, management

 

 Experience:

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in innovation for mobility sector.
  • Experience in H2020 projects is a plus.

 

General Skills:

  • Ability to manage sensitive situations while maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Must be able to interact with and present to all levels of management, tact and persuasive ability.

 

Specific Tasks:

  • Amplify CARNET visibility and CARNET actuation within Partners, to improve and strengthen the future collaboration.
  • Support project Management activities for the CARTNET Projects
  • Identify relevant CARNET Stakeholders in Industry Partners
  • Undertake continuous adjustments with the internal/external stakeholders in a persuasive manner using positive" win / win "negotiations to keep the projects going.
  • Presentation results to CARNET Executive Board to take further decisions on:
    • Mediation importance of industry partners interests on CARNET
    • Evaluation of CARNET resources and capacity to accomplish industry partners interest.
    • Collaborate in the definition of the mission, objectives, tasks and resource requirements of the project.
    • Ensure the planning and / or implementation of assigned projects.
    • Establish a continuous and fluid communication as an integrating tool in the project and necessary for its follow-up.
    • Follow up of the administration activities with the partners of the projects.
    • Organization of networking events with industry partners.
