Debido a la creciente preocupaci\u00f3n por el cambio clim\u00e1tico y la transformaci\u00f3n hacia sistemas sostenibles, han surgido nuevas tendencias en la investigaci\u00f3n desde diferentes puntos de vista para intentar resolver estos retos.&#13;<br\/>&#13;<br\/>De esta forma, se han abordado diferentes enfoques, considerando desde las fuentes de energ\u00eda y su distribuci\u00f3n a las industrias, hasta el aprovechamiento energ\u00e9tico en los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n realizados por las industrias. En este sentido, algunas investigaciones se centran en encontrar una forma m\u00e1s eficiente de suministrar energ\u00eda a las industrias minimizando las p\u00e9rdidas de distribuci\u00f3n y maximizando la producci\u00f3n  de energ\u00eda a partir de fuentes de energ\u00eda renovables.&#13;<br\/><br\/>Project Header<br\/>no-repeat;left top;;<br\/>auto<br\/>20px<br\/><br\/><\/p><h4>Facilitar la trazabilidad y mejora de los procesos en la industria 4.0<\/h4><br\/>Project Header<br\/>no-repeat;left top;;<br\/>auto<br\/>20px<br\/><br\/>TOFMAN tiene como objetivo proponer metodolog\u00edas y estrategias para plantas reales y as\u00ed implementar, en tiempo real, estas mejoras en el consumo energ\u00e9tico, en la gesti\u00f3n de la fabricaci\u00f3n y en la planificaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n, con el objetivo final de integrar este enfoque de manufactura inteligente dentro de los marcos de Internet de las cosas y de la industria 4.0.&#13;<br\/>&#13;<br\/>En este contexto, TOFMAN se ha centrado principalmente en la monitorizaci\u00f3n online basada en t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas de machine learning desarrolladas por los socios para mejorar la eficiencia en el mantenimiento (coste-disponibilidad) y el consumo. El principal tema de aplicaci\u00f3n ha sido el seguimiento del estado de dispositivos industriales mediante el uso de medidas energ\u00e9ticas.&#13;<br\/>&#13;<br\/>Esta informaci\u00f3n permite conocer convenientemente el estado de los dispositivos de manipulaci\u00f3n y su degradaci\u00f3n, lo que a su vez permite programar el mantenimiento, evita paradas inesperadas y facilita una mayor trazabilidad y mejora del proceso de mantenimiento. Adem\u00e1s, el an\u00e1lisis de estas se\u00f1ales de energ\u00eda en m\u00faltiples bandas a la vez reduce el n\u00famero de sensores (es decir, costes y aver\u00edas), proporciona una visi\u00f3n global del estado de una l\u00ednea de transporte de equipajes, y alerta de anomal\u00edas en grupos de bandas.&#13;<br\/>&#13;<br\/>Actualmente, los principales ejemplos de aplicaci\u00f3n de TOFMAN cubren la fabricaci\u00f3n general (an\u00e1lisis y monitorizaci\u00f3n de los principales dispositivos) e infraestructuras como puentes y sistemas de inspecci\u00f3n de equipajes de aeropuertos.<br\/>Project Header<br\/>no-repeat;left top;;<br\/>auto<br\/>20px<br\/><br\/><h4>TOFMAN, proyecto de transferencia de tecnolog\u00eda entre la UPC y Aingura IIoT<\/h4><br\/>Project Header<br\/>no-repeat;left top;;<br\/>auto<br\/>20px<br\/><br\/>Este proyecto, llevado a cabo en colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Instituto de Rob\u00f3tica e Inform\u00e1tica Industrial (IRI), CSIC-UPC, y Aingura IIoT, se inici\u00f3 en septiembre de 2020 y finalizar\u00e1 en diciembre de 2022.
