Then Silvia Perez Rafael, researcher at the Molecular and Industrial Biotechnology Group (GBMI), talked about nanoparticle-loaded hydrogels to treat chronic wounds. In turn, Daniel Rodriguez Rius, researcher in the Biomaterials, Biomechanics and Tissue Engineering Group (BBT) from the Biomaterials, Biomechanics and Tissue Engineering Group (CREB), spoke about new biomaterials and processes (biocompatible materials for bone regeneration, cardiovascular applications, biomaterials or surface treatments with antibacterial properties) for 3D printing.
