The first area, \u201cTools for healthy mobility\u201d, was presented by Laia Pag\u00e8s, Executive and Scientific Manager of CARNET, an initiative coordinated by the CIT UPC. Laia Pag\u00e8s formed part of the team that drew up the plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This first area includes a set of measures to reduce the external impacts of private transport such as congestion, air pollution and noise. The main measures in this area are Low Emission Zones and Active Measures for Parking Management, which will be the basis of a transition to a more sustainable model of mobility than the current one.
