El 86\u202f% de los consumidores consideran que sus costes el\u00e9ctricos son excesivamente altos, y el consumo de energ\u00eda sigue siendo una de las principales fuentes de emisiones globales. Adem\u00e1s, el aumento de la temperatura global, con un incremento de 1,8\u202f\u00b0C en 2023, pone de manifiesto la necesidad urgente de reducir las emisiones de CO\u2082 e implementar soluciones energ\u00e9ticamente m\u00e1s eficientes. En este contexto, es crucial desarrollar herramientas que permitan minimizar estos costes y contribuir a la sostenibilidad energ\u00e9tica.<br><br>En este marco, se ha desarrollado OCEAN, un sistema inteligente que optimiza y gestiona autom\u00e1ticamente el consumo el\u00e9ctrico de dispositivos de alto consumo, como calentadores de agua, bombas de piscina o veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, en ayuntamientos, industrias, edificios y hogares. La aplicaci\u00f3n desarrollada permite adaptar el consumo a las preferencias de los consumidores, maximizando el ahorro mientras reduce las emisiones de CO\u2082. Con una soluci\u00f3n \u201cPlug and Play\u201d, la aplicaci\u00f3n se integra f\u00e1cilmente en los sistemas existentes y ofrece una gesti\u00f3n eficiente de la energ\u00eda, ya sea para minimizar costes, reducir emisiones, o una combinaci\u00f3n de ambas.<br><br>Por ejemplo, en el caso de las bombas de piscina, permite al consumidor decidir cu\u00e1nto tiempo desea activar la bomba, y OCEAN se encarga de hacerlo en las horas \u00f3ptimas. En cuanto a los calentadores de agua el\u00e9ctricos, el consumidor puede establecer las franjas horarias en las que quiere ducharse, y el sistema garantiza que el agua est\u00e9 caliente a esa hora, calent\u00e1ndola en los momentos de menor coste o menores emisiones, dependiendo de la opci\u00f3n seleccionada. Finalmente, con el cargador de veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico, el consumidor puede determinar el nivel de carga deseado y la hora en la que quiere que se realice, mientras OCEAN optimiza el proceso cargando el veh\u00edculo durante las horas m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas y con la menor cantidad de emisiones posibles.<br><br>OCEAN ofrece 3 modalidades de servicio:<br><br><br><br>Integraci\u00f3n OCEAN: Integraci\u00f3n de OCEAN en la plataforma IoT del producto existente del consumidor.<br><br>OCEAN Hardware: Soluciones de hardware personalizadas para los consumidores que no quieren modificar su software.<br><br>OCEAN Redesign: Redise\u00f1o del hardware para hacerlo compatible con IoT.<br><br><br><br><h4>Impacto<\/h4><br><br>OCEAN tiene un impacto directo en la reducci\u00f3n de los costes energ\u00e9ticos y las emisiones de CO\u2082, dirigi\u00e9ndose a usuarios finales, fabricantes de bombas de piscina y calentadores de agua el\u00e9ctricos (EWH), ayuntamientos con piscinas p\u00fablicas, e industrias con un alto consumo de agua. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se dirige a puntos de carga de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos (EV).<br><br>En el caso de las bombas de piscina en hogares, los usuarios han conseguido reducir el coste en un 67\u202f%, con una disminuci\u00f3n media de las emisiones del 11\u202f%.
