{"id":13793,"date":"2021-07-26T09:24:00","date_gmt":"2021-07-26T09:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/the-predictive-company\/"},"modified":"2026-03-13T13:56:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T13:56:15","slug":"the-predictive-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/es\/the-predictive-company\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva spin-off The Predictive Company"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">26\/07\/2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The Predictive Company<\/em> es la nueva<em> spin-off <\/em>del centro de investigaci\u00f3n <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/mcia.upc.edu\/es\">Motion Control and Industrial Applications (MCIA)<\/a>, creada para comercializar un software de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica para edificios basado en inteligencia artificial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"372\" height=\"98\" src=\"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/TPCcolor.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13766\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/TPCcolor.png 372w, https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/TPCcolor-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/TPCcolor-260x68.png 260w, https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/TPCcolor-50x13.png 50w, https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/TPCcolor-150x40.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 372px, 372px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de una soluci\u00f3n de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica que permite el control predictivo de los sistemas de clima en edificios ahorrando en consumo de energ\u00eda, costes asociados y emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub> de hasta un 30%, y que se puede implementar en cualquier tipo de edificios no residencial como escuelas, oficinas, museos u hospitales, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este sistema se basa en la conexi\u00f3n de los datos ya existentes en la gesti\u00f3n del clima en un edificio, con una plataforma digital en la nube para crear su gemelo digital (<em>digital twin<\/em>) y hacer una predicci\u00f3n precisa de las necesidades energ\u00e9ticas, permitiendo as\u00ed un control predictivo \u00f3ptimo de las m\u00e1quinas de climatizaci\u00f3n (calefacci\u00f3n, ventilaci\u00f3n y aire acondicionado). De esta manera se utiliza la energ\u00eda que realmente se precisa para llegar a las mismas condiciones clim\u00e1ticas internas del edificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los algoritmos predictivos eliminan los desperdicios de energ\u00eda permitiendo ahorros, y en consecuencia reducciones de las emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub>.
