Se trata de un sistema h\u00edbrido, capaz de minimizar los gastos de electricidad y la emisi\u00f3n de gases de efecto invernadero, aplicando t\u00e9cnicas de inteligencia artificial y de optimizaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica. Un m\u00e9todo que proporciona a los usuarios finales un papel m\u00e1s influyente en la soluci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico, ya que les permite dar m\u00e1s o menos importancia al componente econ\u00f3mico o ambiental, seg\u00fan sus preferencias. Los resultados obtenidos de un caso de estudio de un hogar con energ\u00eda fotovoltaica y bater\u00eda demuestran que se puede reducir la factura de la luz hasta un 91% y las emisiones de CO2 un 46%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este sistema se ha desarrollado en el marco de la tesis doctoral de la investigadora <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/futur.upc.edu\/SaraBarjaMartinez\">Sara Barja<\/a>, del Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica en Convertidores Est\u00e1ticos y Accionamientos (CITCEA) de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya \u00b7 BarcelonaTech (UPC), y los resultados obtenidos de esta investigaci\u00f3n se han publicado en una revista de alto impacto <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore-ieee-org.recursos.biblioteca.upc.edu\/document\/9346054\/\">IEEE Transactions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/imatge-CITCEA.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14178\" width=\"506\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/imatge-CITCEA.jpg 689w, https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/imatge-CITCEA-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/imatge-CITCEA-248x146.jpg 248w, https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/imatge-CITCEA-50x29.jpg 50w, https:\/\/cit.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/imatge-CITCEA-127x75.jpg 127w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 480px, 506px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/bambooenergy.tech\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bamboo Energy<\/a>, por su parte, es una spin-off del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n en Energ\u00eda de Catalu\u00f1a (<a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irec.cat\/\">IREC<\/a>) que ha desarrollado una innovadora plataforma de optimizaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica basada en inteligencia artificial con el objetivo de coordinar distribuidores y consumidores de electricidad y generar nuevos roles: pasar de un entorno donde los flujos de energ\u00eda son unidireccionales (desde la planta de generaci\u00f3n al consumidor) para convertirse en bidireccionales (que el consumidor pueda ser, al mismo tiempo, productor y escoger en qu\u00e9 momento vender o comprar energ\u00eda). La <em>spin-off<\/em> ha sido fundada por Cristina Corchero, profesora Serra Hunter <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eio.upc.edu\/ca\">del Departamento de Estad\u00edstica e Investigaci\u00f3n Operativa de la UPC<\/a> y jefe del grupo Energy Systems Analytics en el <a target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irec.cat\/\">Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n en energ\u00eda de Catalu\u00f1a (IREC)<\/a>, donde investiga en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la inteligencia artificial y los m\u00e9todos de optimizaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito de la energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de estos premios es galardonar y reconocer a emprendedores y <em>start-ups<\/em> que desarrollen proyectos en el sector de la gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica eficiente en Catalu\u00f1a. El Cl\u00faster de l\u2019Energia Eficient de Catalunya (CEEC) es impulsor de proyectos colaborativos en el \u00e1mbito de la energ\u00eda eficiente, entre las empresas y las entidades asociadas.
