Maria Pau Ginebra, director of the Biomaterials area of the Research Centre for Biomedical Engineering (CREB UPC), is the female UPC researcher with the highest ranking in terms of citations of Spanish female researchers, according to the fourteenth edition of the Ranking Google Scholar Citations. Maria Pau Ginebra occupies 960 position with an h-index of 55 and 11,285 citations.
Currently, Maria Pau Ginebra is Chair of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the UPC, Barcelona, director of the Biomaterials area of the Research Centre for Biomedical Engineering at the UPC and associate researcher at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC).
