UNIVERSITY-BUSINESS PROGRAMME ACCOUNT MANAGER

Main duties:
Manage the strategic accounts generated within a university-business relationship loyalty programme, maintaining the core client portfolio and promoting long-term business relationships.
• Develop relationships of trust with clients.
• Maintain the business vision, safeguarding the client's interests as well as those of the organisation.
• Act as a liaison between the organisation and the different service production units, coordinating service execution, and proposing developments and improvements.
• Execute and monitor client loyalty strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
• Higher university degree, preferably engineering within the field of Information Technologies or Industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in key account management, within either private or public companies performing duties of a similar nature.
• Commercial skills for business development: initiative, proactivity, communication skills, customer service, and the ability to build trust. Organisational skills and results orientation.
• Ability to drive and motivate multidisciplinary teams, leadership, and service provider management skills.
• Languages: fluent Catalan and Spanish, and a high level of English.
Contractual Conditions:
• Permanent position, with an indefinite contract.
• Place of work: Barcelona.
• Flexible hours.
