Through CIT UPC, the UPC will be at the 2021 edition of MWC Barcelona (previously called the Mobile World Congress). This year it will be held from 28 June to 1 July 2021 in the Gran Via venue of the Fira de Barcelona.

The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) will have a stand in the Catalan Pavilion, where the latest projects developed by the university in the areas of smart connectivity, connectivity applied to mobility and industry, 5G, artificial intelligence, safety and privacy or the future society will be exhibited, among others.

MWC Barcelona is the largest event in the mobile sector in the world. It brings together the latest innovations and technologies on the market, and participants include the most influential experts in the sector. MWC 2021 of Barcelona is carried out in a blended format: in presence and online.

At the event, all COVID-19 safety measures will be applied.
