Webinar on interior air quality (IAQ)

The IAQ cluster, of which CIT UPC is the founding member, is organising on 2 February a free webinar on interior air quality in buildings.

The webinar addresses how to find a balance between three vectors: suitable air quality, comfort (temperature and humidity) and energy saving; and how to manage these three vectors in practice, based on existing buildings and technology. Finally, the perspective of a maintainer of mechanical ventilation systems in buildings is presented.

The event will end with a discussion between speakers. Attendees can send their questions by email.

The event will be chaired by the secretary of the IAQ Cluster, Albert Alonso; presented by professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Rovira i Virgili University, Àlex Arenas; with the participation of Jiri Tvrdy Moix from the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Families of the Government of Catalonia, Albert Matinez from Barcelona Provincial Council’s Building Maintenance,  and various speakers from the IAQ cluster.

The event will be take place in online format.
