A total of 567 exhibitors will showcase the latest solutions in automation, industrial robotics, artificial vision, integrated production systems, digital twins, artificial intelligence and all technologies related to Industry 4.0 to over 27,000 attending industrial executives and professionals. The event, now in its eighth edition, will have an economic impact of 62 million euros on the city of Barcelona.
Over 80 successful industrial experiences
Under the theme Integrating Automation Systems, this year’s edition of Advanced Factories aims to take a further step in the digitalisation of factories and address the integration of all equipment, systems and technologies, with artificial intelligence as the main tool for productivity improvement. To achieve this, 382 industrial experts will analyse five main areas for the digital transformation of industry: artificial intelligence (AI), big data, IoT, robotics and cybersecurity.
Furthermore, the Industry 4.0 Congress will showcase more than 80 success stories of companies. They will present their industrial experiences in the adoption of automation, robotics and artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency and productivity of their production plants.
In total, there will be five simultaneous auditoriums with over 150 talks focused on different industries and with agendas aimed at professional profiles such as the CEO’s Leadership Summit, the Plant Manager’s Summit, the Industrial Cybersecurity Forum, the CIO’s Summit, the Artificial Intelligence Forum, the 3D Printing Forum and the National Congress of Industrial Park Managers.
